heathington academy of the arts is beginning to start a new year. with a new year comes new talent, something that the school needs. with concentrations in many artistic areas, will you be able to find out who you are?[/color]
`the visualist,
the person whose paintings and sculptings are showcased, causing everyone around to be filled with envy. ever since childhood, everyone knew that 'the visualist' was going to be someone artistic. who wouldn't be able to tell with all the doodles and paintings hanging on the refrigerator?
` the actor,[/color]
the person who enjoyed putting on shows and dancing for mommy and daddy in front of the camera at age five. currently, the person who resides in the theatre during moments of boredom and the person who has the potential to star in the play. "you are my shining star."
` the musician,[/color]
meet the person who has been studying music since his or her tenth birthday, when he or she received a guitar. ruling talent shows like no other, the musicians tend to form and dissolve many bands, playing at places like couture cafe for free-time gigs.
` the photographer,[/color]
usually the person in charge of capturing the most beautiful group photographs, the photographer has a camera around his or her neck wherever he or she goes. even since the age of twelve, when a camera was first trusted in his or her hands, the photographer has discovered his or her passion and talent.
` the cinematographer,[/color]
at the age of three, the cinematographer would reach for mommy and daddy's hands, where the video camera rested. instead of dancing in front of the camera, the cinematographer realized where the action was at: behind the scenes. since then, this person has had a passion for film and video, aspiring to do more work in cinematography.
` the dancer,[/color]
performing has been this dancer's passion since childhood, where ballet and gymnastics were running throughout the thoughts of simply everyone surrounding. one of the most flexible of the bunch, this poised person interprets everything beautiful through the art of dance.
` the writer,[/color]
the writer has the potential to be editor of the literary magazine, always carrying a small notebook in his or her pocket to jot down notes on life as it happens. meanings in words wherever they appear are found, and the writer can immediately rearange the words on billboards, turning corporate taglines into poetic ultimatums.
