The Evans weren't really wealthy to begin with, so this house would do. It's bigger than most houses. It was actually Nicole's grandparent's house before it became theirs. It has two stories, and an attic. One master bedroom, with three other bed rooms for Nicole and her brothers. One bathroom for both stories, a kitchen, a spacey entertainment room, a foyer, and a patio.
