overall: Taking a good two hours to get ready in the morning, Brooklyn takes extra care of her appearance. At school, her hair is always in, what she thinks, perfection (she had convinced herself that she is incapable of bad hair days). Her usual hairstyle is neither curly, nor straight; it is weaved and wavy. This takes her a great amount of time in the morning. She also has possession of a very large wardrobe, so is usually modeling new clothes. She often wears the same outfit in public around twice before donated it to a thrift store or to someone who wants her very recent hand-me-downs. So, naturally she appears to always be "in style" and is modeling one of the latest preppy styles.
Her eyes are hazel, having a wide ring around her pupil that is a yellowish-orangish color. Surrounding, is some variation of green. She also does cheerleading, and practices a lot, so she has an athletic build, although it's probably a little more on the slender side. Her lips are also a light pink color, and she has a small mole by her nose. Her skin is a light tan that usually maintains it tone throughout the year, because she goes tanning during the winter.
{personality}
general: To some, Brooklyn might at first appear to be a sweetheart or a genius just because of some aspects of her personality. She wears a chastity ring, doesn't swear, doesn't drink, never does anything illegal, and purposely avoids some guys because she knows that their "trouble." She's a huge perfectionist, everything has to be perfect. Everyday she cleans her room, closet, and makes sure that everything she owns looks "just right." She's almost germ phobic. She's very organized, and hates messes. She files her school assignments away carefully, and works hard to get good grades.
She also loves psychology, reading up on several Dr.'s novels and knowing their philosophies by heart, some of these would be: Taylor Hartman, Paul D. Tieger, and Barbra Sher. One of her dreams is to go to Hartford and become a doctor of psychology. And she reads up on the latest social theories a lot. This causes her to constantly analyze people; playing off their strengths and weaknesses. Making her very (dare I say it?) manipulative of others. Ruthless and cruel against those she dislikes, she is a total gossip queen and pays attention to details as to use them against people. To her, this gets her "in" with the popular crowd, as she can be even more vicious than she is sweet.
She's also obsessed with public image. She spends lots of her time in the morning, standing in front of her mirror, telling herself that she looks pretty regardless of her worries. She constantly frets about what people think, and has to keep her image in check. She's also OBSESSED with clothes. She loves Chanel, and has an admitted unrealistic dream to design clothes there. She spends most of her Saturdays shopping, and reads tons of fashion magazines. And of course, she is also very sensitive; sensitive to people's feelings, and sensitive meaning she gets offended easily. Behind her snobby attitude, in this mean girl lies a hopeless romantic who dreams of living out her dreams. She also is very sweet to her friends, being very protective of them and very loyal. Her best friend is her older sister, but she has other close friends as well. And even as much as her public image is important to her, she would give it up for one of her close friends if she had to.

{history}
birthplace:Anaheim, California
family members:An older sister, Cindy, who's 19 and in College. A younger brother, Jake, who's twelve. And her parents; Scott Gellar and Nicole Gellar.
history: Brooklyn was born in Anaheim, where her parents were currently living. The two had lived together for the past five years in LA, and wanted a move, so they just moved a little farther away to Anaheim. Brooklyn grew up in her parent's large estate here, her brother younger brother coming four years later. Brooklyn’s father was not around much but still revered by Brooklyn none-the-less.
Her mother, on the other hand, didn't have much to do with her two daughters. She spent most of her time tanning by the pool, working out in their gym, or going out with her friends. Brooklyn's mother was not very sensitive, and more or less like a wannabe version of...Barbie. It was always clear that Nicole didn't want to be tied down, and still wanted to be living the life of glamour. No husband or family of her's was going to stop her. Cindy and Brooklyn were raised mostly by nannies, and as they got older, just became very independent. However, just because the two girls didn't have an emotional bond with their mother, did not mean that she wasn’t good for anything. Nicole was particularity good at teaching her daughters, “the ways of the world”, showing them insights to fashion and social behavior through her example.
As they grew up, Scott spoiled his two daughters effortlessly. The both became “daddy’s little girls”, although he wasn’t around them much and often his time was taken up by business. And by the time Brooklyn was twelve, her mother had started complaining about their estate in Anaheim, proclaiming that there was much better options in Los Angeles, and that they would do well to move there. It didn’t take long for Scott to respond, selling their estate and moving to an even bigger home in LA. And this is where Brooklyn spent her coming of age years.
Brooklyn and Cindy developed a friendship that lasted well over the years. Brooklyn had the pleasure/displeasure, of following after her sister, who had a very large reputation to follow her. A scandalous, fun-loving, shop-a-holic, Cindy was the queen bee of her group and very popular. Gossip always buzzed about her, and she constantly partied on the weekends. She never ceased to take advantage of her of wealth, and her reputation was not enticing to the average person. She was just as intimidating as she was scandalous. Some of this naturally rubbed off on Brooklyn, as they were not only sisters but best friends. However, Brooklyn’s responsibility and sensitivity also rubbed off a little on Cindy, and their personalities complemented each other very well.
But when Cindy decided that she was going to move out and go to college, things were hard for Brooklyn. Although Cindy was only going to college in LA, Brooklyn still saw less of her and it was difficult. Cindy’s father had bought her and her roommate, Paige, a condo to share, equipped with furnishings. Yet, Cindy still wanted to gain some extra cash and started working at a clothing store. Between college and work, Cindy matured a bit throughout the next year, and had little time to spend on Brooklyn, Paige, or even boys. Paige, however, did not really grow up. She maintained her late night partying and wherever she went, she carried her high school drama went with her. And as time pasted, Cindy discovered that her relationship with Paige was becoming even more strained because Paige felt like Cindy had changed and Cindy felt like Paige was shallow. Finally, Cindy blew up at Paige when she caught her borrowing some of her money, and threw her out of her house for good. That’s when she started devoted more time Brooklyn again. Both girls were lonely without each other, and Brooklyn began to spend lots of nights at Cindy’s place. Finally, Brooklyn got up the nerve to ask her parents if she could move in with Cindy, and after hours of deliberation, they said yes. Scott didn’t want to see his little girl sad, and Nicole became convinced that it was healthy for a girl to want live with her friends (she did when she was a teenager.) Their brother Jake didn’t swing either way because he already saw Brooklyn as much as he saw Cindy. So now, Brooklyn lives with her older sister in a well-furnished condo. Cindy is still busy, and so is Brooklyn with cheerleading and all, but they still see each other more often.

roleplay sample:
She stood backstage wanting so badly just to get out of here and run home, but she couldn’t leave behind her clothes. On set, a news story was being broadcasted live, and right in front of the camera, laid Brooklyn’s clothes. She needed to get them, there were no costumes back here to simply get into and then go home. And she couldn’t just leave naked. She needed her clothes, but if she stepped forward she’d be seen by everyone in California without any clothes on. She could just hear the laughing now…But what was she to do? Thank goodness she’d at least grabbed a small towel, too small to cover her whole body but at least she covered something. She’d have to go get them…She had not time to lose. She decided that maybe if she hunched on the floor, maybe the camera wouldn’t see her. Maybe…
BEEP! BEEEP!! BEEEEP!!!
Brooklyn quickly sat up in bed, startled by the noise. But she soon realized where she was, alone in her bedroom, her alarm going up and signaling that it was time for her to awake. It read 4:30 am. She quickly switched her alarm off, standing up and stretching. Rubbing her eyes, she walked over to her the light switch and turned it on, then moving towards her bathroom and turning the shower on. After she was done with her shower, she dressed, and spent about thirty minutes doing her hair, after which she did her makeup. When she was done with this, she made her way throughout her room, cleaning up small and almost unnoticeable messes that Brooklyn had trained her eyes to detect. She then made her bed and continued tidying up before heading downstairs. By now at least some light had started to seep through the windows. She approached the kitchen, getting out some orange juice and pouring it for herself. She then grabbed a breakfast bar and started to chew on it, occasionally stopping to drink some of her juice. She heard her sister come in, and looked around to see her still in her pajamas.
“Good morning.” She said cheerfully. It was routine for Cindy to come in around this time. Her sister said hello and muttered something about needing more sleep, to which Brooklyn laughed. Didn’t they all? But by now Brooklyn was almost done and ready to go, she’d get to school early so that she could practice some cheers.
She grabbed her bag, and headed upstairs again, just to make sure that everything was perfect. But by the time she’d reached the mirror, she was closing her eyes, bracing herself for an unwanted sight. She didn’t want to see anything that depressed her. Finally getting enough courage, Brooklyn opened her eyes to actually see a sight quite pleasing. She found that she looked good today, very good in her eyes. She ran one of her fingers town her hair and smirked at herself. Today was going to be a good day. It had to be. And with that, she headed back downstairs, on her way to school.
